Steps To Change The Mail Delivery Locations In Outlook

Microsoft Outlook is an email application that is a part of the Microsoft Office package. The users can easily send and receive emails using this application.   • Once you enter the name, highlight the name of the folder where you want your mail to go. Then click Okay. This would close the window and you would return to the Account Settings window.
  • Now, repeat the same steps to change the mail delivery locations for your additional email addresses, as needed. Close the window when you are finished by clicking on the option Close.

Instructions For Configuring A Gmail Account In Windows Live Messenger

Windows Live is the email service and messaging service platform offered by Microsoft. You will have to create a new account in the Windows Live page for accessing Messenger services from Microsoft. Follow the simple Windows Live support instructions given below to add a Gmail account to the messenger chat list.

Instructions
  • Open your web browser, navigate to the Windows Live sign-in page at the address live.com, and then click on the Sign Up button located in the left corner of the page. 
  • Now you can see different options for sign up; click on the Or use your own email address option found under the Check for Availability button. 
  • Now you can see a text box beside the option labeled Email Address, enter your current Gmail email address in the text box. Now fill in all the necessary personal details that the setup wizard asks you for like password for your account, name to be displayed etc. 
  • At the bottom of the page, you can see a verification Captcha box, enter the verification code and then click on the I Accept button for agreeing to the license agreement and creating the Live account. 
  • Now login to your Gmail account. You can find a new verification email in your inbox. Open the mail by clicking on it and then clicking on the verification link given in the verification email to verify the authenticity of your Gmail address and then click on the button named OK on the Your Email Address is Verified page. 
  • Now look for the Messenger button found at the top of the page and click on the Add Friends option in the page to add your contacts in the Gmail address to the Windows Live account. 
  • You can see the contacts that are already signed in to the Windows messenger client with a green dot next to their name. If you would like to chat with a specific friend who is online, click on the name of the friend in the Messenger contacts list. 
  • Now a chat window opens showing you options for video calling, audio calling and instant chat. Select the option that you would like to use.
