How to Modify Windows XP key when you are in safe mode


Microsoft Inc, the biggest Software provider in this era have designed and developed all their latest operating systems with a 25 character product key. This product key will prevent piracy and will confine the use of Windows to authorized users. These product keys are designed in such a way that it can’t be re-used by someone else. Microsoft Windows XP tech support team has developed a powerful updating tool for changing the value of these product keys when you are in safe mode. Follow these steps to modify your Product key.
Instructions
Press on the “Restart” button on your CPU or select “Restart” from the shutdown menu and keep on pressing “F8” when it restarts.
A list of boot options will show up once you press “F8”, among that go for the option named “Safe mode With Networking” and hit on the “Enter” button to open up your Windows in safe mode.
Unwrap a web browser and browse for the ‘Windows product key update tool’.
Tick on the “I understand this tool will send the above information to Microsoft “and hit on the “Download” button located adjoining the tab using your mouse.
Your Web browser will crop a menu in which you should go for the option named like “Run”.
Locate the activation menu and enter the “replacement product key” located bellow the Windows XP installation disc case and press on the “Next” button to initiate the modification process.
Tick on the “Restart now” option and hit on the “Finish” button when you are done with the modification process. Now the Windows XP enabled system will restart automatically, hang around with patience as it will take a min or two to save the new settings.
Now go for the option “Yes, lets activate Windows over the internet now” brought up by the Windows product key activation Wizard and hit on the “Next” button.
Windows avail you option to register later. So if you prefer registering your Windows later then select “No, I don’t want to register now; let’s just activate Windows” and select the “Next” button to finish activation of your Windows using your new product key.
