Using Microsoft Office Diagnostics
- You can start out the process by clicking on the Windows Start menu located on the left side bottom corner of your computer. You can also access the Start menu by pressing the Windows key on your computer keyboard.
- Now, when the Start menu opens up, you need to click on the icon that is labelled as All Programs from the list of options.
- After that, you need to click on the option that is labelled as Microsoft Office followed by Microsoft Office Tools and Microsoft Office Diagnostics.
